Public Planning Meetings

Anime Detour planning meetings are open to the public and are used to provide updates about what our departments are working on. They are also a chance to meet and socialize with the staff. We promote a fun and respectful atmosphere and would love for you to join us as we plan our next convention.

Join Staff: If you are interested in joining staff, you can do so either in person at a Public Planning Meeting. If you would like to join at a meeting, please find our Admin department (usually at the front table with the Chairman and Vice-Chairs). They will be able to help you find a department to join.
